Check-out Instructions

Check-out is before 10:00 am.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:

1. Take home or throw away all perishable items.

2. Take out the trash. Please use dumpsters located in front of the units.

3. Place all used towels in a pile.

4. Sweep and vacuum if needed.

5. Load and start dishwasher.

6. Leave slept-in beds unmade.

7. Return all furniture to its original location. 

8. Set heater to 55 degrees and air conditioner to 80 degrees. 

9. Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances.

10. Double check all rooms for items you may have missed.

11. Close and lock all windows and entrance doors.
